STEP 01

Prepare Your Excel Sheet

Begin with your employee or applicant list in Excel. WorkforceComply works with standard spreadsheet formats and does not require specialized software.

  • One individual per row
  • Full legal name required
  • Optional identifiers such as SSN if available

STEP 02

Upload Into WorkforceComply

Upload your completed spreadsheet into the WorkforceComply system. Each record is processed using standardized validation logic.

The system cross-references Louisiana compliance registries, including:

  • LDH Adverse Action List
  • Louisiana Nurse Aide Registry
  • Applicable exclusion databases
STEP 03

Review Compliance Results

Once processing is complete, WorkforceComply generates a final compliance status for each individual based on registry data available at the time of verification.

Results are clear, time-stamped, and ready for personnel files or audits.
